WLT-001A Flexible Graphite Sheet with tanged 0.1mm SS316 inserted
This product is made from flexible graphite sheet reinforced with a single insertion of tanged 0.10 mm thick 316 stainless steel. No adhesive is required to bond the graphite layers as the graphite material is fixed to the insert by small, sharp teeth, resulting in a sturdy gasket material which is relatively easy to process and handle.
 
 
 
Applications
  Reinforced Graphite composite Sheet is used frequently in flange connections for piping and machinery. Its wide temperature range and excellent stress retention make it extremely suitable for use in steam systems, in the chemical and petrochemical industries, processing industry, etc. Reinforced Graphite composite Sheet is mainly used for making cylinder gaskets of engines and punching into all kinds of sealing gaskets.
